Harry Little was a co-founder of the Company when it started in May 2003. He is an experienced professional with over 30 years experience in the industry. He started his career with the Prudential, and in those days was one of your 'men from the Pru'! Other ports of call in his career have included Pearl Assurance and London and Manchester. He became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2000, when he joined the same company that Paul and Chris worked at. He is married to Yvonne, has a one-eyed dog called Butch and his hobbies include rock music (he once had a band!); eating out and holidays on cruise ships.

Ann Southern (Finance Assistant)

Ann Southern joined the company in 2011 as an Accounts Administrator.  She has worked within finance for over 20 years and has recently passed her Accounting Technician exams.  She is married to Paul and has a daughter, Kelly and two grand children, Jack and Lilly-Mae (I know it's hard to believe).  She enjoys nothing more than getting the top down on her Mazda MX5 and going for a long drive.  Hobbies include brisk walks and eating out.  Has also been known to enjoy the odd drink (or three)

George Snell (Independent Financial Adviser)

George Snell joined the Company in July 2004 as a Consultant. He has been in the industry since 22nd October 1973! He started out as another 'Man From the Pru' and after 20 years and 4 months he tried his luck with United Friendly. After 10 years and 3 months with United Friendly/ Royal London he realised that the future was to be Independent and he decided to join Acclaimed, thus ensuring that he could continue to look after his very loyal clients. He is married to Pat and his hobbies include shooting, fishing, football, cricket and gardening.

David Moore (General Insurance Adviser)

David Moore has joined the Company recently, having worked at the Royal London Insurance for 17 years. After being made redundant last year he brings a wealth of knowledge with him particularly in the general branch area of the Business.
He is married to Irene and will be celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary soon. He has two grown up sons and enjoys travelling abroad, fishing and also plays for a local crib and pool team.

Roger Austin (Independent Financial Adviser)

Roger Austin joined the Company in January 2008 as a Consultant. He was introduced into the industry by his father in law. In 1988 he joined Pearl Assurance as an agent and started to offer Financial Advice to clients. After five years at the Pearl he decided to leave and join United Friendly. He became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2001 and has provided Financial Advice to his clients ever since.
He is married to Rachel has three children James, Alex and Maria. His hobbies include golf and watching American football.

Gill Leaver (Independent Financial Adviser)

Gillian Leaver joined the Company in January 2010.  She has been an Independent Financial Adviser since 1998 where she worked for Woolwich Independent for 6 years.  Her last position was with Positive Solutions.

She is married to Barry and has 3 sons, Chris, Adam and Matt.  Her hobbies include golf and she enjoys travelling.

Ashley Cooper (Independent Financial Adviser)

Ashley Cooper joined the Company in September 2008.  He had previously worked with Barry at City Gates, and joined with many years of financial services experience.
