Chris Ede was a co-founder of the Company when it started in May 2003. He has been in
the industry since 1990, having worked at United Friendly Insurance until 1999.
He left wanting to find a new challenge in the industry, and feeling that Independent
Advice was the future, he became an IFA. He is the technical man in the team and also
takes the role of Compliance Officer, overseeing the work that the company does to maintain
the standards that are set by the Financial Services Authority.
He has two children, Dan and Jade, and his hobbies include golf, football, eating out
and travel. |

Harry Little was a co-founder of the Company when it started in May 2003. He is an
experienced professional with over 21 years experience in the industry. He started his career
with the Prudential, and in those days was one of your 'men from the Pru'! Other ports of
call in his career have included Pearl Assurance and London and Manchester. He became an
Independent Financial Adviser in 2000, when he joined the same company that Paul and Chris
worked at. He is married to Yvonne, has a one-eyed dog called Butch and his hobbies include
rock music (he once had a band!); eating out and holidays on cruise ships. |

Paul Pullen was a co-founder of the Company when it started in May 2003. He has now been in the
industry for 17 years, spending the first 11 years of that time with the Prudential. Before
that he managed to fit in a semi-professional football career with Bognor Regis Town Football
Club, being one of the clubs most long-standing servants and to this day he still remembers
his volley against Swansea in the First Round of the FA Cup in the 1984/85 Season!
He became an Independent Financial Adviser in 1999, and has become a staunch believer in
professional, friendly and confidential Independent Financial Advice and how it benefits the
public. He is married to Janet, has a son, Sam and his hobbies include keeping fit, golf and
watching football. |

George Snell joined the Company in July 2004 as a Consultant. He has been in the industry since 22nd
October 1973! He started out as another 'Man From the Pru' and after 20 years and 4 months
he tried his luck with United Friendly. After 10 years and 3 months with United
Friendly/ Royal London he realised that the future was to be Independent and he decided
to join Acclaimed, thus ensuring that he could continue to look after his very loyal
clients. He is married to Pat and his hobbies include shooting, fishing, football,
cricket and gardening. |

David has joined the Company recently, having worked at the Royal London Insurance for 17 years. After being made redundant last year he brings a wealth of knowledge with him particularly in the general branch area of the Business.
He is married to Irene and will be celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary soon. He has two grown up sons and enjoys travelling abroad, fishing and also plays for a local crib and pool team. |

Roger Austin joined the Company in January 2008 as a Consultant. He was introduced into the industry by his father in law. In 1988 he joined Pearl Assurance as an agent and started to offer Financial Advice to clients. After five years at the Pearl he decided to leave and join United Friendly. He became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2001 and has provided Financial Advice to his clients ever since.
He is married to Rachel has three children James, Alex and Maria. His hobbies include golf and watching American football. |

Rachel Tomkins recently joined the Company as a Part time Senior Administrator and has worked in the Financial Services for the last six years.
She moved to Bognor Regis five years ago and enjoys living by the sea and taking walks along the beachfront. She enjoys swimming and aerobics however most of her time is spent looking after her baby daughter Sophie. |

Yvonne Scovell recently joined the Company as Personal Assistant, having previously worked
for companies in London and Paris. Family ties brought her to Chichester, where she has now
settled with her two daughters.
At the weekends, she enjoys seeing friends and family,
shopping, going to the gym and walking her dog. Although Yvonne doesn't travel abroad as
much as she used to, she still likes to go sight-seeing on City Breaks whenever possible. |
